if you would like to take part in the holiday club, you can print off and fill in the application form or download it as a Word Document. Then you need to take it to Shalom Bookshop on Beaumont Street (to avoid the queues) or bring it along with you on the day. One form per child please (particular apologies if you are the Old woman who lived in a shoe).
